Dance
Elemental Embodiment - Water Flow
Water is the element of creativity, femininity, flow, trust, grace, and allowance, it is also the vitalizing force of our Emotional body.
This dance is to remind us to let go of needing to control and trust in the flow, embodying the knowing that when life feels like it's falling apart, it's usually falling into place.
Water helps us develop our emotional intelligence by reminding us to let go of wanting to change what cannot be changed… practicing to accept with grace. It’s with this element we remind ourselves to have unwavering faith in the divine plan and realise the only thing we have control over is our RE-action (a new action).
Have fun, play, BREATHE deeply and use the exhale always to let go and release.
